1. How much is delivery?

   Delivery is free for all items in my shop other than bundles and wrapping paper multiples. Postage will be added at checkout.

2. How long will it take to get to me?

   I use Royal Mail 2nd class delivery so it should get to you between 2-5 days. Please bear in mind if you are time sensitive.

   If you need it faster, please let me know in your order comments and I will endeavour to get it to you quicker.

3. Can I use a discount code more than once?

   You can only use a discount code once, but you can purchase sale items as many times as you like.

4. Is there a message inside my card?

   No all cards are blank inside for your own message

5. Do you accept returns?

   I only accept returns on cards at the moment and within 28 days of purchase. The cost of delivery will be paid by the returning customer, I cannot cover the returns cost. Returns are only allowed for change of mind. If you have received damaged goods, please contact me separately with proof of damage and I will fully reimburse you.

6. Do you delivery outside of the UK?

   Unfortunately at the moment I only deliver to UK (EXC NI).
